The 194 can Be made to flow. It just takes a little more in the Unshrouding Department,(depending on teh valve that has been installed.)
And to gain the same compression (that of the 194 head) you would have to change the pistons.
If one was looking for a easy 10,11-1 or more. compression.It is very easy to get with the 194 head. And I have heard you even net closer to 12-1 plus. With useing a Flat top piston. If a pop-up was to be used You would surely be looking at well over 13-1.
