The value would be determined more by condition and equipment.
From what I've seen the open cab trucks tend to have more value to collectors.
To me the value would be the enjoyment I could have showing it as a restored fire truck at truck shows.

For some reason the question that I hate the most from spectators at rod trots and shows is the dreaded "WHAT'S IT WORTH?" If a guy isn't standing there with fist full of 100.00 bill I think it's a rude question.
I'll stand and answer the= how'd you do that, where did you get that part, who did the work and so forth all day long with a smile and be happy to show someone exactly how it was done though.
I've though a vintage fire truck would be a ball to own, something that you could haul a lot of friends around in or on and it sure will draw the attention at the shows. Gotta have a good siren though!!
