I have a 66 Chevy 250 bone stock except PS, PB & electric fan. I would like to know if it is ok to adjust the valves with the engine running. I have been told that I need to loosen up the rocker stud nut till it starts ticking and then tighten it down to where it stops ticking. sounds kinda backyard to me.
Any input greatly apreciated.
