Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines Help, Late 250 Chevy ...Loss of Power

hey guys, found a few vacuum lines unplugged and this 75 era engine has many.

I manage to get them all hooked up to something but there is this one elctrical unit off of the back firewall that has two plugs for vacuum coming form it. What is it?
