I have a 65 Chevy Bel Air, the intake has 3859881
GM11 and the engine block has 3877178 C CON2 F25.
Is this a 230 or 250 and what carb no I need for it since it does not have one.

If I'm reading the numbers right it's a June '65 casting so that would mean it's a 230. 250s didn't show up until '67.
The carb that came with your engine is the Rochester BV 1bbl.
