71 Chevy 250. What should the flexplate be torqued too?

Flywheel to crank 55-65 and flywheel to convertor 35lbs. hope this helps }[oooooo]

When pulling out a flywheel and installing a flex plate can the same bolts be used? Also what is the rule for flexplates starter bolts straight across and starter bolts staggered? Thanks Ray

The flywheel or flex plate as some call it. The dia. size makes the difference in which starter you use 158 tooth takes the straight bolt the 168 takes the stagered bolt. Yes they can be used, But new would be better.
