gearhead 1000 Post Club G Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 1,613 madison, wi	Looking at the ones I have, the mech is .87" diameter, and the elec. is .91" diameter. So no, they aren't interchangeable unless you can sleeve the hole and do something about the mounting bracket. I.I. #3174
