I currently am finishing up (finally, still another week to go I think) installing my offy 3x1 steup w/ Langdon's headers. After this, and redoing all the brakes, and adding a power-unit, I was planning on swapping the Powerglide that's in there now, for a built TH350.
How much of a performance increase will this give me?

Info if needed:
72' Nova w/ 250cid
Mostly street driven, with a little highway.

I did that on my 250 also. I had a power glide and swithced to a 350.. It made a big difference.
That extra gear is great. It's also nice to be abel to pull it down a gear when you want. I had a Lokar shifter on mine and it was nice to be able to drop it into second when ever I needed it.
