ok i have been reading and i know i can get the adapter plate to bolt this tranny to my motor. my ?s are what converter do i need and would it be best to go with the older vaccum ones or newer electric one. i plan on re wiring my 55 chevy but only wiht a 12 circut kit, and the car is currently standard i just had the motor rebuilt. i am kinda coming into this blind so all help would be appreciated and names of companies where i can buy the parts i need would help as well
