If the rockers are square The first and last rocker will need to be rounded off to clear the valve cover. Not sure what the offey valve cover looks like. But Most after market tin chrome valve covers. May need a double gasket so that the rockers do not hit the top of it. Like one i had did. In some cases the rockers will hit on the stock covers as well. Hope this helps.}[oooooo]
