Ok you still may have to round off the ends of the first and last rocker. To get them to clear the inside ends. I had to with my marine cover.And you should be fine as far as the height goes. hope this helps }[oooooo]
Ps the way I had checked mine when I heard it hitting. I used some lay out die You can also use a black marker on the inside of the cover on both ends .And made sure the was pressure on those rockers and made sure they was centered over the valve and slid the cover on It will scratch the die then you can litely grind it. And Repete till it now longer rubs/scratchs the die off the cover.BUT TAKE OFF From the rockers first round the corners.I made a few passes in side the valve cover. But did all the grinding to the rockers themselfs .Take a little at a Time for 2 reasons NOt to over heat the rockers @ Not to take off more then you have to. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THIS VOIDS ANY KINDA WARRANTY THE ROCKERS MY HAVE!! I got mind used so i wasn't worried about that.
