Try someone like this

When I built one 30+ years ago I just used a windshield washer nozzle and a needle valve to adjust the flow. That's the key to needing only one size jet. And don't forget to add an oil pressure shutoff switch from a Vega or Omni so the system doesn't run with the key on and engine off.
