That is a great carb however, the Holley/Webber version is available from Langdon's Stovebolt for under $100 (factory rebuilt). Or off of Ebay also, listed for Ford 4 and 6 cyl motors as the 5200 series.
From what I've read, Holley got the contract from Webber to mfg these in the US, many parts interchange. I'm running two of these on my 261ci motor, have increased secondary jet size and still needs more tweaking but running really strong. Nice to be running 'new' carbs for a change vs. the headache of fighting with old worn out stuff. Langdon has also just listed another version of this carb, check out his online catalog and give him a call. Tom has been selling these for inline motors for quite some time, has adaptors and air cleaners also. He should be able to get the correct carb for your application. As to CFM, my Holley book rates the 5200 at 270 cfm.
