50 GMC Contributor 5 Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 272 USA	Can you modify a stock V8 head? Are the piston centers are the same? (seems like they should be if they are the same as the 230/250/292) You might be able to drill / tap new holes in deck surface for the head.
