How much torque should be applied on the head bolts in 1966 194ci head? I thought it was 90-95 but I could be wrong.

You might only want to do 85 on that front, driver's side headbolt. That's what's recommended by all the inline professionals, as that particular bolt goes into the weakest area of the block deck - the water pump opening area.

But I torqued those on my 292 to the standard 95 ft/lbs. No problems yet. Be sure to step torque the bolts.
