It's been a while since I did this but it seems like all goes well until you realize all your small six stuff doesn't seem to lineup with the grooves in the balancer.
There's what; two or three different styles of 292 balancer if not more.
I guess best bet is to take everything off a junkyard engine; alt mount, water pump, balancer, PS pump, brackets, if you need it or not.
I cobbled together a mount for the PS pump (from a small block mount and a six cyl mount if I remember correctly) to move pump forward.
