Curious to see what answers come back. Not to recomend these for an L6. Entirely different car and motor, had an El Camino w/350. I had turbo mufflers on it. They dumped right before the rear axle. It sounded great in high school. Finaly completed the pipes all the way to the back bumper after driving it for eight years. The noise reduction inside made commutes to work far easier. Actually made it more enjoyable to ride in. It still sounded great, from behind.
Now I am for placing the pipe exits as far away from my head as possible (back bumper for me).
Getting old perhapse? Just want to hear the carbs as they sing their little suction song.
