Hello Ed, I'm afraid to pass judgement or offer a detailed reply would open one up to a potential law suit. There seems to have been a whole lot of "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hambuger today". Everything is tied up. The patterns are being held, pending payment of foundry costs. The heads are being held, pending payment of machineing costs. The only one who knows whats going on is Nick Zallian and he is hard to reach. He is the only one who can answer any of your questions. At this point, there seems to be a lot of missing money and no explainations. Nick is the only one who can answer these questions for all of us.
