It would cost thousands just to get one "up & running" and almost the same to make it work (guts out) for cosmetics.
The guys that build these (Blown or Tubro) engines have the resources, conections and money (a lot) to do that with.
It's an "impossible dream" for the novice.
I agree; It's fun to dream though.
