Now don't take my word for this; hopefully someone really in the know will chime in. I've heard of running straight ATF for a while will clean out all of the sludge. I don't know how long you're supposed to run it, or at what RPM. You certainly wouldn't want to drive around. Ask around before you try this cause it may be an urban legend or just plain old BS for all i know.
