IM buidling an all motor 250 for my Nova. With a max build what kinda power from an N/A set up can I expect ? IS mid 12's asking too much ?

Well it's going to take a good size cam & compression, Along with Head work. And a rear gear change. And this Will not be streetable.
(built with out any power adders BUT just ALL Motor)

Mid 14s are easy... anybody can do it. After that every tenth comes harder $$.$$$ .. SCRAP
