Yes; Some of the head bolt holes are moved slightly is all.
You need to "play" with the rocker oiling sometimes too.
The headers are no problem. You'll need to fabricate an intake manifold though. I don't see the sideplate or valve cover either.
You'll need to make some pushrods too, or maybe the Buick ones are modified, can't remember.
That's a "later model" & probably go for at least $4,000 as-is.
