We have a coupel shops here in town that could do that. One has a plasma cutter with a submerged arc (yes, it cuts the metal underwater, to reduce warpage) the other has a water jet cutter. Either can do it, not too expensive if it is already digitized, converting a pattern to digital is where I have run into expense.
