Dear Haley;
My 57 3200 has no fuse block & I don't think the 55 does either. I can't remember one on my 59.
The wipers run off of the gas guage & the radio from the Ing. switch.
This is the way GM did it back then. The 'fuse block' didn't come to be until the 60-64 series.
All of the lights have a fuse & circuit breaker built into the headlight switch. The electric wiper motor has a circuit breaker built in too. All the acessories have their own fuse each & run off the ignition switch.
I have a (57) diagram & a parts truck if you need more help.
