The Drill Dr. is a money saver, no if's and or But's about it, they are limited as far as small bit's go but they aren't that expensive anyway. Mine get's used weekly, and as far as converting the valve grinder over never thought about doint that, but I did make a tool post grinder for my lathe and it work's qwell for larger bits and edn mills reamers and such, I did cut out a piece of leather to wrap aroune the tool post and lay across the way's to catch the grinding's and keep them from doing any damage. Do put a guard on the grinding wheel, don't ask me how I know, but it took 11 stitches.
