I have a 63 Nova convertible with a 250, 307 pistons, decked block and milled head with big valves and no bolt boss, solid cam(not sure of specs), HEI, Clifford long tube headers and Offy intake with Holley 390. The rear is a 3.08 with 195-60-14 tires. I am using the Borg Warner T50 5 speed out of a mid-70's V-8 Monza and rpm is 2,400 @ 70 mph. I drove the car about 60 miles a day at 4,500 feet above sea level in all kinds of weather and had overall milage (city/highway) of approximately 21 mpg.
