Dennis is correct. I believe that that is Harry Warner, who made most of the 12-port heads for the Chevrolet 216s and early 235s. Click on the "Historical" link on the sidebar to the left. The photo must be from the early fifties, late forties, possibly from a Wayne catalog. Pat Swanson would know, for sure.
