I do not think Leo's car weighs 1800-2200 lbs??
Meaning,,,it's little easier to run nines in the 1/4 if your vehicle weighs little to begin with.

Heck,normally aspirated gutted Hondas run nines now adays,still fast,but if you are close to 3000 LBS & run in the nines,,that's a nice job.
