That sounds like a real neat idea Andy. Quarter eliptics seem to be populsr on a lot of lightweight modifieds that are currently being built but I havent seen any dual over-and-under set ups like you describe. Since I'm 90% done with the front axle I'll just stay with the suicide set up but I will file the idea away. Thanks.
