Speedway offers kits for the Ford beam axles that are based on the Chevy spindles. Total Performance uses a similar designed spindle but they claim it is not a Chevy spindle and must use all their parts. You might be able to figure things out by checking their catalogs or web sites if you don't get an answer here.

Not sure, but I doubt you can use the 49-54 Chevy car spindles on an original Ford axle. As Mike suggests, an aftermarket axle designed to use the Chevy spindle is the way to go. A set of knigpins for a 49-54 car, and a 49-54 Shop manual are all you should need besides the axle and spindles. Axles are available in either I-beam or round tube construction from a variety of sources. Speedway and M.A.S. are good sources.

Yes, did this on a '32 Ford axle long time ago. Axle ends need to be reamed to fit Chev king pins. Machine axle end height to fit spindle along with its support bearing and shims. Once assembled, you will notice negative camber. The axle must now be bent at a truck wheel alignment shop to establish 0 to 1/2 degree positive camber. Are you sure you want to go this route? Gets a little pricey.
