Change the oil. Old oil can be detramental when left to sit. Fogging oil in the cylinders. Oil and grease anything that moves or will rust. There are some other great spray on rust preventatives out there too. Spray everything down with a spray lubricant that will repel water. Tape off the intake and exhaust(at the ports if possible, at the manifolds definetly). Fill your gas tank completely(so there's no room for moisture) and put a gas stabilizer in it.
