We have a 1950 Wagnermobile Scooploader at work that uses the bigger Chrysler/Desoto engine,It also has the gear drive setup you are talking about.I have swapped the engine twice in the last 24 years.I put in car engines and had to replace the chain and sprocket setup and reuse the geardrive setup from the original scooploader engine.The geardrive cam is steel and the chaindrive cam is cast.I had to reuse the original cam because it also drives a hydraulic pump.I would try EGGE Machine engine parts company to try and locate some parts.My good friend has a 1947 5 ton Dodge car hauler that has a 1957 Dodge 413 cubic inch flathead six.That one is real fun to get parts for.
