There's a Company that makes conversion kits that include a power booster and finding them (Jeggs-Summit) would be a start.
Take your time & plan this out. Some States have laws governing the modification of a vehicle's braking systems.
It's probably not worth all the effort involved for a 'tandum cylinder' alone.
