'53 chevy 3/4 ton has original type front ball bearings. I am doing brakes, etc. and was planning to upgrade to tapered roller bearings. The old ones look perfect, so now I have a choice: keep em as is or upgrade. It ain't cheap, so it better be a real improvement. Any advise??
