Blow dry,BUT DO NOT LET BEARING SPIN, Check inner race for pitting,Repack, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. up snug then back till you feel nut give, this is almost a finger tight thing If they are good they will last long enought to save up for taper bearings. I had a 54 burb in late 60,s. went to LA, Yellow Stone, Seatle,ALL OVER OREGON,WASHINGTON. You just need to remeber how these trucks were used when they where new. road trips require a survival kit.
