On your data logs,can you see if it is pulling timeing @ 4200 RPM @85 MPH = 3rd gear)?? Top of second??? Because you did install a knock sensor correct?? Sometimes those knock sensors pick up engine noise,pistons loose,exhaust banging on something ,etc,,..
