Race fans, the Iditarod has started today! The ceremonial start is done in Anchorage, then they move to Willow tomorrow for a re-start and off they go to Nome! 1150 and some odd miles! No motors, just pure horse-, or should I say dog-power! And guts! 'Cmon up and we'll save ya a seat, or some hand warmers, or snowballs, or something!
