I talked with Buffalo a week or so back about installing a 700R4 behind a 235 in the AD truck, and he assured me that the crossmember did not have to be removed. I don't know what this implies for the installation behind a 250, however. I'm leaning toward putting my 700R4 behind the 235 in my 55 1st series instead of the 53. I just bought the 55 1st and it is very complete compared to the 53, which could be chraritably referred to a a "project truck"
