Hurst are still probably the best floor shift kits, even if they are part of Mr. Gasket now. B&M also makes a real good quality shifter too, but I'm not sure that they have one for a 3-speed trans. Take a look at eBay and see what you can find there. I've gotten some fairly good deals on shifters and parts on eBay.
