An engine swap book I have references the 230 / 250 inline Chevy as weighing 430 lbs in stock trim. They don't mention if this includes a flywheel but I imagine it doesn't. It does include the stock cast iron intake and exhaust manifolds and the water pump.
As a point of interest, the small block Chevy V8 goes around 530 lbs with iron manifolds and the old 216 Chevy 6 runs in at a whopping 635 lbs.
Any wonder why replacing a 216 or 235 with the 250 is a win win situation except for the added length? Of course any late model trans behind the 250 puts weight back on versus the old 3 speed but at least it is weight added to a better point in the vehicle.
