I agree with you on that 260H because you want some midrange too. I am liking the 200511 because it has a lower RPM band. One thing to consider with an automatic is: Will it Idle OK in Drive with your foot on the Brake?

A Turbocharger usually works better at higher RPMs plus you have to be concerned with intercooler and other temps. Since you plan to play on the Rocks... the less gadgets the better.

How much extra power? I cant say if the cam actually adds that much Horsepower, so much as allows the engine to breathe better at certain RPM. If you get the new cam be sure to get new timing gears. They run about $70
