I've intalled and helped tune an SDS setup. Reasonably easy. But if you're that tight on the budget you might check out Marc's B-Ville EFI swap thread, as that's likely going to be cheaper than the Holley.
I see the Offy (and Clifford's) manifolds on Ebay from time to time, usually for less than retail (sometimes not though
).
That SDS definetly looks like one of the older ones (punchbuttons on the controller). If anyone gets it you should get in touch with SDS (after you recieve the unit) and see what it would cost to have it updated to current spec. They have upgraded capabilities on those a ton in the last 4 years that I know of, and they had the new tuning box at that point.
