I think they are cast and I'll try to verify that tomorrow but be patient as I have it carefully packed away chronologicly (read; bottom of the pile!). In the mean time, why not think about fabbing one up using your gaskets to shape the flanges and connecting them with something looking liked a 'squashed funnel'.
maybe formed from flat sheet or a couple pieces of exhaust pipe cut,split,shaped, and welded orienting your TB the way YOU want it.
