Durring the height of the oil ripoff, station owners were getting caught watering their fuel down (literally).
Seems the new 'oxy' blends are allowd (legally) a higher water content by volume. So some of the station owners were 'helping' the bottom line by upping that percentage some.
Could be you got some of that.
