Once I did a quick work on a cylinder head @ a local Junior College engine rebuilding class.
Cut new cast iron valve guides w/a hacksaw at all different angles,really choppy looking cuts.
Valve job & all,installed the cylinder head & bamm,,whistled all the time,turns out with the very crude cuts on the cast iron valve guides caused the whistleing LOL.
