Yes, the stock baffles are long rectangular tubes that are tack welded in place. They are easy to remove from the stock cover. I did a lot of measuring to get the baffles in exactly the right spot before drillin holes. I only drilled 2 holes per baffle---fore and aft of the oil hole and the PCV hole.
