The new Sanyo Radial compressors acually take less power to turn than the early days BW & tecumseh units, so they work great. I always fab my own mounts but i am sure there are some manufactures out there building brackets for the 235-261 motors. The Sanyo's mount very simailar to and alternator and you can set it up were the alt., water pump, and a\c are driven by the same belt with no problems. You will defintely have to use a good 6 blade mechanical fan or mount high flow electric fan in front of the radiator if you keep the orig. 4 blade fan. I don't think they manufacture 6 volt clutches any more so,you may have to up-grade to a 12 volt system. If you decide to use 2 belts,a 2 groove 292 balancer can be machined to fit the 235/261. Paul
