is there a way to adjust the electric choke on a rochester monojet?
it works but when the car is cold it just
idles wildly then, when hot it drops rpm and runs normal.
since there is no halfway to pull the choke what can i do?

Just loosen the screws and rotate the housing, look down the throat to see which way to turn it. Try a little at a time.
