Just so you know if you have that problem again, Tom Langdon (STOVEBOLT 6) one of our advertisers would have sold you the adapter AND the two barrel (progressive) Carter Webber for less than the $200 the carb from National Carburators. Plus he contributes to our organization through his ongoing advertisements in our bi-monthly newsletter. He also is a wizard at making these old sixes run and his advise is free!
