temp is in the lower half of the stat housing, I also ran one at the same time in the head to see if gauge was bad,they ran within 2 degrees of each other, guessing where the needle would be,,
I thought about the lean condition before, the carb was setup by "Cliffs High Per", pretty established q-jet guy,, I really can't get it any fatter with mixture screws, I would need to change primary rods,,I will pull a couple plugs tonight and check,,
